Booking and before arrival:

• The field is only available on a pre-booked basis
• All sessions must be pre-booked
• Once a booking has been made, the gate code will be sent to you via email
• Sessions are for *1 hour time slots
• Please ensure you don’t overrun into the next session
• Please do not arrive more than a few minutes early to ensure it is a relaxing experience for any reactive dogs there may be in the previous session
• If you arrive late, you can not extend your booking so please arrive on time

Ground rules:

• Booking is only available to over 18s. Children may accompany providing they are with a responsible adult
• Failure to pick up dog waste, rubbish or toys will lead to the refusal of future use. If you find anything left by a previous user, please pick it up and let us know.  Spot checks take place
• Dogs must regularly be treated for flea, tick, and worm prevention
• Disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated
• Please respect our neighbours
• Do not clime over gates and fences
• Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult
• Any breakages or damage to the park must be paid by the user
• No littering
• It is the user’s responsibility to ensure the gate is locked at all times
• Dogs must not be left unattended at any time either in vehicles or the field
• Please discourage your dog from digging and report any holes to us for safety reasons
• The gate must always remain padlocked while not in use
• Keep dog(s) on lead between the car and the field – once they are in the field they can be let off
• Do not bring your dog to the field if they have been unwell within the last 48 hours
• Do not tie your dog to any fencing or gates
• No smoking allowed at any time while on-site
• Agility equipment is for dog use only – no humans to sit on, lean on or play on agility equipment.

Payments, cancellations and re-scheduling:

• Payment for hire is due prior to arrival
• Any bookings cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours will not be refunded.

• Use of Safe Hounds is entirely at the users/ owner’s risk
• You are responsible for the actions and behaviour of your dog(s) at all times
• You are responsible for any injury or damage caused by your dog(s)
• Safe Hounds is not responsible for any injury or damage caused by your dog(s)
• Safe Hounds is not responsible for any harm or injury caused to you / your dog(s)
• While we try our best to ensure the field is always completely secure, we cannot guarantee it is escape proof
• All vehicles are parked at owners’ risk
• We do not accept any responsibility for any damage, accidents, theft, loss, or otherwise to personal property, individuals, or animals.

Data:

• We may retain your contact details to get in touch with you regarding your booking. Your data will not be shared with third parties.

Use of the field shall be entirely at the user’s own risk. We accept no responsibility for the death or, or injury to, any person or dog or for any damage to any property. We accept no liability for any losses, claims, actions, damages, costs/expenses, or other liability incurred by the user during the use of the field.  

Booking:

All our sessions are 60 minutes long. The field is open 7 days a week, in Summer from 7am-8pm and in Winter from 7am-4pm.  Our current prices are £10 per session which includes up to 2 dogs from the same household. Upon booking you will receive an email with directions and access code.
